    • 6/17/2024 if you are enrolling in the Ed.D. program
    • 7/28/2024 if you are enrolling in the M.Ed. program
    • 7/28/2024 if you are enrolling in the Certificate program
  • For the end date on your enrollment agreement, put…
    • 7/3/2027 if you are enrolling in the Ed.D. program
      • or a later date if you plan to take more than 3 years to complete your plan of study
    • 6/26/2026 if you are enrolling in the M.Ed. program
      • or a later date if you plan to take more than 2 years to complete your plan of study
    • 6/27/2025 if you are enrolling in the Certificate program
  • For the cancellation date put either…
    • 1 week after the date that you’ve signed the agreement OR
    • your program’s start date
  • For the costs section on page 13, put the following:
    • If you plan to take the typical 2 courses during the first trimester, put
    • Total credits enrolled for the current trimester = 6
    • Multiply by your program’s cost per credit for the total charges for the current period of attendance
  • For Date of First Class, put the same date as your program start date
